  1. Shipping Destinations: Currently, we offer shipping to the following countries:

  1. Shipping Methods: We want you to start rocking your new gear as soon as possible. Here's how we make that happen:
  •  Free Standard Shipping via Ninjavan: Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.  
  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on your actual location and shipping method as well as any unforeseen circumstances.
  1. Shipping from Different Warehouses:

To enhance efficiency, some items may be shipped from our different warehouse location. Please note the following:

  • If your order contains items from multiple warehouses, they may arrive separately to ensure the quickest delivery to you.
  • Additional shipping fees due to multiple shipments will be covered by us.
  1. Delivery Times (Estimated):

Orders to Singapore: You can expect your items to arrive within 2-3 business days for standard shipping.

Shipping delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

  1. Pre-Order Items:

For pre-order items, please note the following:

  • Pre-order items have an estimated shipping date indicated on the product page.
  • Your entire order will be shipped once all items, including pre-order items, are available. If you'd like to receive standard items separately, please place separate orders.
  • The estimated shipping date for pre-order items is subject to change. We will notify you of any updates regarding the availability and shipment of pre-order items.
  1. Shipping Fees: We believe in transparency. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. The exact shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.
  1. Shipping Restrictions:

Please be aware that some items may have shipping restrictions to certain locations due to local regulations. Any restrictions will be communicated during the checkout process.

  1. Order Processing:  We strive to process orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please allow for longer processing times across long holidays or weekends. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
  1. Tracking Your Order: We're all about keeping you in the loop. Once your order ships, we'll provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.
  1. Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will make every effort to deliver your package. If no one's home, they'll usually attempt delivery three times. If they can't reach you, they'll leave a note with instructions for next steps.
  1. Customs and Duties: For international orders beyond Singapore, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  1. Order Modifications: We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to modify your order after it's been placed, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipment.
  1. Lost or Delayed Packages: While it's rare, packages can sometimes get lost or experience delays. If you suspect your package is lost or delayed, please contact our Customer Service team, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
  1. Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery bumps. While we're here to assist, we can't take the blame for addresses that wander off course.
