Order & Shipping

Currently, we offer shipping to the following countries:

i) Singapore

ii) Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam

iii) Hong Kong, Taiwan, China

iv) United States

We're expanding our horizons, so keep an eye out for updates on new shipping destinations.

We want you to start rocking your new gear as soon as possible. In most cases, your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Here's how we make that happen:

• Local Shipping within Singapore via Ninjavan

• International destinations will be via DHL

That said, please note that delivery times may still vary based on your actual location, and preferred shipping method as well as any unforeseen circumstances.

Orders within Singapore: You can expect your items to arrive within 2-3 business days for standard shipping.

International Orders: We work with DHL to ensure your orders are fulfilled in time, you can expect transit times of 2-4 days for standard shipping.

Shipping delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. The exact shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.

For pre-order items, please note the following:
• Pre-order items have an estimated shipping date indicated on the product page.
• Your entire order will be shipped once all items, including pre-order items, are available. If you'd like to receive standard items separately, please place separate orders.
• The estimated shipping date for pre-order items is subject to change. We will notify you of any updates regarding the availability and shipment of pre-order items.

To enhance efficiency, some items may be shipped from our different warehouse location. Please note the following:
• If your order contains items from multiple warehouses, they may arrive separately to ensure the quickest delivery to you.
• Additional shipping fees due to multiple shipments will be covered by us.

Please be aware that some items may have shipping restrictions to certain locations due to local regulations.

Any restrictions will be communicated during the checkout process.

We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to modify your order after it's been placed, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipment.

We currently ship most orders from our home base, Singapore.

For international orders beyond Singapore, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery.

These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are wholly borne by you.

If you are in the United States, the current De Minimis Value is USD 800. i.e. items imported into the United States are subject to duty when the value is over USD 800. For amounts below this value, there should be no duty charged.

We're all about keeping you in the loop. Once your order ships, we'll provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.

Our shipping partners will make every effort to deliver your package. If no one's home, they'll usually attempt delivery three times. If they can't reach you, they'll leave a note with instructions for next steps.

While it's rare, packages can sometimes get lost or experience delays. If you suspect your package is lost or delayed, please contact our Customer Service team at support@muevnos.com and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery bumps. While we're here to assist, we can't take the blame for addresses that wander off course.
