Muevnos Return & Exchange Policy

We want your Muevnos experience to be nothing less than perfect. If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, we're here to make it hassle-free. Please take a moment to review our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Don't forget to include your original receipt or proof of purchase.

• Need a different size? We've got you covered! We offer size exchanges to make sure you find that perfect fit.
• All size exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size is unavailable, we'll work with you to find the best solution.

We're sorry, but we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging

Returning or exchanging is a breeze! Just follow these simple steps:
1. Reach out to our Customer Service team at support@muevnos.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
3. Once approved, you'll receive clear instructions for returning the item(s) or initiating a size exchange.

• For returns, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item in good condition.
• For size exchange, you may choose to place a new order of the product in the new size, and we'll get the new size shipped out to you as soon as possible. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
• For damaged/lost items, please contact our customer service for help. If we really goofed up on the shipping end, store credits will be issued for you to place a new order for the same item.

We always do final quality checks before we ship, but we understand that accidents may still happen in transit.

So, if you do receive a damaged or lost your package (we're sorry!), please contact us within 7 days from the order receipt date.

Please note that we do not process refunds or replacements of lost items due to wrong address. But we can assist you in hunting them down as best as we can, just contact our customer service.

• You're responsible for the return shipping costs, and we do not refund any original shipping charges.
• For size exchanges, you'll cover the return shipping, and we'll handle the shipping of your new size.
• For return shipping of damaged items, we will refund a standard shipping amount in the form of store credits, which you can use in your subsequent purchases. Store credits will be transferred to your account within 7 business days after we have received your return item.

For returns and exchanges beyond Singapore, you're the captain of your ship!

This means you're responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.

We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to modify your order after it's been placed, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipment.

For international orders beyond Singapore, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery.

These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are wholly borne by you.

We're all about keeping you in the loop. Once your order ships, we'll provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.

Our shipping partners will make every effort to deliver your package. If no one's home, they'll usually attempt delivery three times. If they can't reach you, they'll leave a note with instructions for next steps.

While it's rare, packages can sometimes get lost or experience delays. If you suspect your package is lost or delayed, please contact our Customer Service team at support@muevnos.com and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery bumps. While we're here to assist, we can't take the blame for addresses that wander off course.
